MapItFast from AgTerra Technologies offers a comprehensive mapping and data collection solution for users to effortlessly map points, lines, polygons, and geophotos offline with just a single tap. This tool allows users to GPS or draw features and generate maps from any location, with or without internet access. MapItFast provides instant location information for mapped objects, supplying GPS coordinates for points and photos, as well as calculated distance and area for lines and polygons. Users benefit from multiple basemaps that include aerial, street, and topo references without the need for a data connection during mapping.

While the free version of MapItFast caters to personal use without requiring an account registration, upgrading to the paid Pro Version unlocks exclusive professional mapping features and integrates the MapItFast mobile client with a private AgTerra account. The Pro Version extends mapping capabilities in various ways:

 <li>Collaborate with team members in real time on mobile devices and the web, sharing projects, user locations, and contributions</li>
 <li>Design custom electronic forms and link them to map objects for collecting advanced attribute data</li>
 <li>Create, modify, manage multiple projects, and transfer objects between projects</li>
 <li>Include shapefiles from other sources as map overlays with symbology and labeling</li>
 <li>Integrate custom data dictionaries to streamline attribution processes</li>
 <li>Enhance maps with custom icons</li>
 <li>Export maps to KMZ, SHP (shapefile), or GPX formats for use in other GIS software</li>
 <li>Implement role assignments and permission controls for projects and data management</li>
</ul>

MapItFast is a versatile tool suitable for a wide range of spatial activities such as inspections, surveys, agriculture mapping, wildfire response, utility work, crop scouting, asset tracking, wildlife management, oil and gas fieldwork, forestry operations, rangeland monitoring, trail mapping, weed and pest projects. It also caters to outdoor recreational activities including hiking, biking, horseback riding, geocaching, and hunting.
